Liked color, material not what I expected, cannot hold more than 2 cards comfortably

i love the look of the case but the buttons do not line up very well with the buttons on the actual phone. it bothers me a little bit but over all a good case

Received my case yesterday. It looks nice, but the buttons do not work. Will need to return. Waste of money and time.

EDIT: The customer service department saw my review, reached out, and sent me a new case. The buttons work! The case looks great and is functional.

Would have given 5 stars but had issues with the side buttons that cover the volume controls and the on/off switch. Put the phone in and they wouldn't work. Took an Xacto knife, slit the fabric baking and now they work fine! Really like the look, feel and finish of the case! It seems to be well made.

Buttons didn’t line up. They sent me another one free of charge and it lined up. You may have to play with it a little bit but it will line up.

The case doesn’t fit right around the phone and the buttons simply don’t work no matter how hard I press them. I had high expectations for this product and was disappointed. A waste of money.

EDIT: After I posted this review, Dockem contacted me and sent me a new case. The new case works perfectly now and I am very satisfied; the pockets are super handy without taking the style out of the case. Kudos for good customer service! That said, it is true that the case does not fit perfectly around the phone as other reviews have stated; if you drop your phone a lot and don't have a screen protector, it won't be the best case for you.

Been using this case for a couple weeks. So far so good. It looks nice, has a nice grip, and can hold my license and a couple credit cards, which is handy for frequent travel. Thanks!

I am very pleased with the iPhone Card Case. It is very sturdy and holds my credit card and license very well.

I have been using this case for a few weeks now, on iPhone 7. I like the clean-cut look of this case. The case is also able to hold a student ID card, a MetroCard (NYC) and a debit card with no problem. My only disappointment is that within 2 days of using this case, the top right corner ripped a little bit. I guess it must have been my mishap, but I hadn't done anything crazy with the case. Also, the mute button on the left doesn't align perfectly with the case, so I had to stretch it out for a couple of minutes.
