I love it!

Huge fan of these cases! Back pockets are tight, but the backing makes it easy for cards to slide in and out.

Would have given 5 stars but had issues with the side buttons that cover the volume controls and the on/off switch. Put the phone in and they wouldn't work. Took an Xacto knife, slit the fabric baking and now they work fine! Really like the look, feel and finish of the case! It seems to be well made.

Buttons didn’t line up. They sent me another one free of charge and it lined up. You may have to play with it a little bit but it will line up.

Excellent customer service! I received a replacement case in the mail (that I hadn’t requested) that was much better quality. They apologized for the defected peoduct and made it right!

I was very excited about this phone case but unfortunately it has not worked well. The case doesn’t allow me to lock my phone or use the volume controls. I love everything else about the case- the fabric is nice and my cards fit perfectly.

UPDATE:
Dockem sent us a brand new case that works perfectly. The customer service was phenomenal. I would definitely buy again.

I like the overall design of the product but the case doesn't fit properly. The case does not wrap around the bottom portion of the phone leaving it exposed to damage during a drop, which is the whole reason you have a case. Based on the reviews I'm guessing this case is probably an outlier but I would not recommend to others since it does not perform its primary intent to protect your phone.

Edit - A new case arrived at my home today, to my surprise, as I had not contacted the seller. The new case is as I would have expected based on the reviews. Thanks for taking the extra time to ensure your customers are happy with your product.

I originally purchased the case and when it arrived it did not seem like the buttons on the side of the phone were very responsive so I returned the case. A few weeks later I received a package from DOCKEM with another case and inside was a letter stating that they reviewed my reason for return and that the original case was probably defective and they sent me a replacement to try. I put the new case on the phone and this time the buttons and everything was very responsive. Everything was working the way it should. I waited a few weeks to actually try out the case before writing this review and the case is fantastic. The pockets on the back are very handy when we are going somewhere and I don't want to take my full wallet with me. The case is durable and handles drops well. The texture of the case allows some grip without it being too rough. I'm very glad they decided to send me another case to try because this is by far the best case I have found for this phone in a while. VERY SATISFIED.

The case doesn’t fit right around the phone and the buttons simply don’t work no matter how hard I press them. I had high expectations for this product and was disappointed. A waste of money.

EDIT: After I posted this review, Dockem contacted me and sent me a new case. The new case works perfectly now and I am very satisfied; the pockets are super handy without taking the style out of the case. Kudos for good customer service! That said, it is true that the case does not fit perfectly around the phone as other reviews have stated; if you drop your phone a lot and don't have a screen protector, it won't be the best case for you.

You won’t be able to use wireless charging with the iPhone 8 with more than 1 card in.

I have been using this case for a few weeks now, on iPhone 7. I like the clean-cut look of this case. The case is also able to hold a student ID card, a MetroCard (NYC) and a debit card with no problem. My only disappointment is that within 2 days of using this case, the top right corner ripped a little bit. I guess it must have been my mishap, but I hadn't done anything crazy with the case. Also, the mute button on the left doesn't align perfectly with the case, so I had to stretch it out for a couple of minutes.
